Part Search Tips:

Part numbers can be found on the installation instruction sheet included with your original purchase.  If you have misplaced the Installation Instructions, they can also be found on our website www.rainfresh.ca.  Make sure to check your model number to ensure that you are ordering the correct parts for your system. 

Not all parts are available through our online parts ordering website.  If there is a part that you need and you can't find it online, this doesn't mean that it is not available.  Please contact us for assistance.

Frequently asked questions:

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST.  If you place an order on the weekend or statutory holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. All Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Where do you ship?

Typically we only ship within Canada.  If you would like to place an order to be shipped internationally please contact us first for a quote.  Shipping rates vary depending on location.

When will I receive My Order ?  

Visit the view order history summary on My Account page. We will display up to date shipment information, based upon the availability of the items you ordered and the shipping options you selected.  

How will my order be shipped?

That depends on the shipping method selected during the checkout process.  Typically it will be Purolator.  If you would like to have your order shipped to a P.O. box, it will be sent by Canada Post as Purolator does not ship to Post Office boxes.  Some heavy and large items like quartz domes may only be sent by Purolator.  You must select a shipping method before proceeding to the payment page.  If you don't selelct a shipping method, we will choose the best option and the cost will be added to the total.

Do I need to be home to accept a Purolator shipment?

No, Purolator can leave the shipment in a safe place with no signature required.  We understand that in many cases, deliveries are during the day when it is possible that no one is home to sign for the package.  Typically, we ship the order with no signature required.     

 Can I make changes to an order after it has been placed? 

If the order hasn't shipped, changes can be made.  Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes.  You can NOT make changes from the website, you must contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled as long as the order hasn't shipped.  Please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your order.  

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

If there is something wrong with the order, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. 

I have forgotten my account login password, what do i do?

Enter the email address associated with your account. click here to recover your password. 

How do I update my account information?

You need to log on to your account. You can make update your personal account information and change your account login password.
