Part Search Tips:

Part numbers can be found on the installation instruction sheet included with your original purchase. If you have misplaced the Installation Instructions, they can also be found on our website www.rainfresh.ca. Make sure to check your model number to ensure that you are ordering the correct parts for your system.

Not all parts are available through our online parts ordering website. If there is a part that you need and you can’t find it online, this doesn’t mean that it is not available. Please contact us for assistance.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST.  If you place an order on the weekend or statutory holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. All Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Richmond Hill, Ontario.  If you select Local Pick-up, please don’t proceed to pick up until we contact you to confirm the order is ready.

Where do you ship?

Typically we only ship within Canada.  If you would like to place an order to be shipped internationally please contact us first for a quote.  Shipping rates vary depending on location.

When will I receive My Order?

Estimated delivery time will be noted when selecting the shipping service. Order tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.  If you select Local Pick-up, please don’t proceed to pick up until we contact you to confirm the order is ready.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped by Purolator.  Purolator does not deliver to P.O. boxes.  Some small parts may be mailed, if you would prefer to have your order shipped using a different carrier, please contact customer service contact us  or 1-800-667-8072 or 905-884-9388 (Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm).

Do I need to be home to accept a Purolator shipment?

No, Purolator can leave the shipment in a safe place with no signature required.  We understand that in many cases, deliveries are during the day when it is possible that no one is home to receive the package.

Can I make changes to an order after it has been placed?

If the order hasn’t shipped, changes can be made. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes – contact us. 1-800-667-8072

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled as long as the order hasn’t shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your order.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

If there is something wrong with the order, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

I have forgotten my account login password, what do I do?

How do I update my account information?

You need to log on to your account. You can make update your personal account information and change your account login password.
