I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the service. I am glad I was able to order the replacement sump. I had noted when I installed the unit that I should replace the sump after 5 years but I don’t know where I would have got it without your online store. I checked the Canadian Tire online catalog and they don’t seem to carry it. I was also pleasantly surprised by how inexpensive the shipping was with Purolator. They were prompt and less than half the cost of Canada Post.
