If there is something wrong with the order, such as broken or missing parts, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
If your would like to return the order, please contact us by phone or email for instructions. Rainfresh will gladly refund items within 30 days of purchase provided items are new, unused and in original packaging, with the exception of product defect as deemed by Envirogard Products. Shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs on all products as well as ensuring the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Please ensure that all contents are returned that were originally included in the package.
For Water Conditioners/Water Softeners, there is a 25% restocking fee. No returns on used product. Once water has passed through, it is not returnable.
Once items are used, they will be considered FINAL SALE and will not be returnable. These items will, however, be covered under their respective product warranties.
